From the collaboration with star chef Riccardo Canella comes a collection of dishes designed specifically for the kitchen of Oro, the Michelin restaurant at the Belmond Hotel Cipiriani. Together with Riccardo we studied a line of dishes that would tell the story of the Venice lagoon and expand, dialogue with and enhance his work. A collaboration that I will always carry in my heart because it opened my horizons and my limits on the concept of a dish, pushing me to investigate new shapes, textures and colors.
