Wheel-cast from cream coloured clay with a flecked finish and a bright green glaze. The lack of a handle makes it ideal for a warm cup of tea or coffee on a cold winter's day.

This cup is part of the Marubio collection. 'Se drio venir su marubio', a Venetian dialect expression used mainly by fishermen and sailors to indicate the arrival of a strong storm. A weather condition in which the sky, on the horizon, features dark grey clouds, heavy with rain. The contrast with the dark sky dampens and cuts the sunlight, lighting up the lagoon waters with an intense green, typical of this atmospheric state, in which everything seems suspended.

All VS ceramics products are handmade, therefore they may have small imperfections, variations in color and shape. Suitable for dishwashers, microwaves and food contact. For greater care, we recommend washing by hand with a delicate soap.
